Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
After a hearty breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour of Delhi. Visit the Red Fort which exemplifies Mughal architecture in the best form. Next, visit Jama Masjid which is the largest mosque in India and has a capacity to hold 25,000 devotees during their prayers. Subsequently, visit Qutub Minar, a 73 m high tapering tower of victory. Thereafter, visit Lotus temple which is also known as Bahai’s house and is one of the most visited temples in the world. Henceforth, visit Humayun’s tomb, a garden tomb which is the first example of Mughal architecture in India. Drive past India Gate and Presidential buildings. Finally visit Raj Ghat - a memorial of our Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur (280 kms, 4 hrs)
Pick up and transfer from Delhi to Jaipur via road Check into a hotel on arrival and later have fun exploring the city and visiting places like Nahargarh Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Amber Fort which stand together strongly and Jantar Mantar (best preserved astronomical observatory of the four observatories built by Jai Singh II).Hawa Mahal is another famous tourist spot. After breakfast drive to Agra which remained the central place of administration of Mughal empire for a considerable period of time. On the way, we stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal city. Buland Darwaza, tomb of Sufi saint Sheikh Salim Chishti and Jama Masjid are some places to watch out for here.Later assisted tour of Agra will take you to the Taj Mahal which is a living evidence of Shahjahan’s love for his begum Mumtaz Mahal, Agra Fort (built in characteristic red sandstone), well maintained Ram Bagh Lawns, Akbar’s tomb at Sikandra and Jama Masjid.Overnight stay at Agra.
Day 05: Agra - Jhansi - Khajuraho (By train)
Next morning, soon after a early lunch we will move towards Jhansi by train. From Jhansi, we will take you to Khajuraho by an air – conditioned coach. In between we will reach Orchha. It is one of the most beautiful places of Madhya Pradesh – filled with ages old relics, chatris, Jahangir Mahal, Phool Bag and much more. It will be evening when we will reach Khajuraho. Dinner at stay at the pre - booked hotel of Khajuraho.
Day 06: Khajuraho - Jhansi - Delhi (By train)
After breakfast proceed to Khajuraho sightseeing and ,Later on drive to Jhansi Railway station to board train for Delhi .You will reach Delhi by 22:40pm .Upon arrival at New Delhi Railway station our representative will meet you there,He will assist and transfer to hotel.
Day 07: Delhi - Departure
After breakfast check-out from the hotel ,Drive to India’s famous and largest Hindu temple Akshardham which means the divine abode of God.
